Hi! My name is Anthea Cosentino and I'm from Brisbane, Australia. I'm studying a Bachelor of Business at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) majoring in Marketing and Japanese, and as part of my studies I've decided to undertake a semester of study abroad (September 2013 to February 2014) at Rikkyo University in Tokyo, Japan.
The purpose of this blog is to keep my family and friends back home up to date with my adventures in Japan, because let's face it, if I start repeating certain stories several times it's going to get a bit tedious for me (and I'm just damn lazy).
That being said though, I expect that future study abroad students hoping to go to Rikkyo will stumble across this blog too. I hope that this blog will help give you an insight as to what it's like to live in Japan and study at Rikkyo, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to leave a comment below and I'll do my best to answer any queries you have. As I write this I am only 2 months away from arriving in Japan, so like you I currently have a million questions and I know exactly how you're feeling!
